1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using firzar.com ("Firzar", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Firzar on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Description of Service

Firzar is a travel and mobility intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available data to provide visa requirement lookups, passport comparisons, travel cost estimates, country safety advisories, and residency pathway information. The service is provided free of charge.

3. Travel Information Disclaimers

• Visa requirements: Visa rules change frequently. Always verify with the destination country's embassy or official immigration authority before travelling.
• Travel costs: Cost estimates are aggregated from third-party sources (e.g. Numbeo) and may not reflect current prices. We are not liable for pricing discrepancies.
• Safety advisories: Safety data is sourced from government agencies (UK FCDO, US State Dept, etc.). Always check the latest official advisory before travelling.
• Passport rankings: Mobility scores are based on published indices and may not reflect real-time diplomatic changes.
• No liability for travel outcomes: Firzar is not responsible for cancelled flights, closed hotels, denied entry, visa rejections, or any financial loss resulting from reliance on our information.

4. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Contracts

4.1 Affiliate disclosure

Firzar earns commissions through affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. This is disclosed prominently on each page containing affiliate links, and in our Affiliate Disclosure.

4.2 Third-party contracts

When you click an affiliate link or booking link on Firzar, you are entering into a legal contract with the third-party travel provider (e.g. booking platform, insurance provider, EOR service), not with Firzar. Firzar is not a party to that transaction and bears no responsibility for the third party's performance, pricing, refunds, or service quality.

4.3 FTC compliance

In compliance with US Federal Trade Commission guidelines, affiliate disclosures are placed above the fold on every page containing affiliate links, before any link is clickable. Disclosures use plain language: "If you book through our links, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you."

5. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
• You agree not to: (a) scrape, mirror, or systematically extract data from Firzar; (b) use automated tools to overwhelm our servers; (c) attempt to access other users' data; (d) use Firzar for any illegal purpose.
• Accounts that violate these terms may be terminated without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Firzar's intellectual property

All content on Firzar — including the data aggregation logic, travel insight models, passport comparison algorithms, cost estimation methods, design, code, and branding — is the intellectual property of Firzar and protected under applicable copyright and trade secret laws.

6.2 User restrictions

• You may not scrape, copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit data from Firzar.
• You may not use Firzar's data to build a competing product or service.
• You may not remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or attribution.
• Reasonable personal use (viewing, saving favourites, sharing links) is permitted.

6.3 Third-party data licensing

Data displayed on Firzar is aggregated from open-licensed sources (World Bank CC BY 4.0, UK FCDO OGL v3.0, REST Countries MIT, etc.). See our Data Sources page for full attribution. These sources do not endorse Firzar.

7. DMCA / Copyright Takedown

If you believe content on Firzar infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). See our DMCA Notice page for the process and requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firzar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Firzar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or a prominent notice on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
